    Purpose of the Position

    The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on email and SMS campaigns. The purpose of this role is to drive engagement conversions and customer retention by conceptualizing designing and executing effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in email SMS and lifecycle marketing to create personalized targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience at every stage of the customer journey. By implementing innovative tactics and analyzing campaign performance metrics the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer lifetime value fostering brand loyalty and achieving business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities

      Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Plan develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including email SMS social media search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) display advertising and content marketing.
      Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences with a particular emphasis on SMS and email marketing initiatives.
      Email/SMS Campaign Management: Manage endtoend email and SMS marketing campaigns from design and copywriting to segmentation and deployment. Analyze campaign data to optimize KPIs such as click rate open rate and revenue utilizing A/B testing for refinement. Evaluate lifecycle programs identify strategic weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on datadriven insights.
      Social Media Management: Develop and analyze social media strategy identifying weaknesses and making improvement recommendations. Plan design implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends and innovations to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Create and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall goals including influencer selection partnership management content planning and feedback. Provide regular reports on campaign performance including engagement reach and ROI metrics.
      Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic leveraging insights to optimize SMS and email content and targeting. Monitor and analyze website analytics including traffic sources user behavior and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement particularly related to SMS and email campaign performance. Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize SMS and email marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates continuously iterating based on datadriven insights.
      Content Marketing and Innovation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and lead generation across digital channels with a strong emphasis on creating compelling SMS and email content. Identify and evaluate emerging trends technologies and best practices in SMS email marketing and lifecycle marketing recommending innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement and growth in these areas.
      Lifecycle Marketing Integration: Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads onboard new customers and reengage inactive subscribers throughout the customer journey integrating SMS and email campaigns seamlessly into the overall lifecycle marketing approach.
      Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and technology partners to support email and SMS marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives ensuring alignment with lifecycle marketing principles.
      Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences with a particular emphasis on SMS and email marketing initiatives.

    Requirements and competences to work with us

    Education

      Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
      HubSpot Email Marketing Certification is a plus.
      Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications are a plus.

    Experience

      5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email SMS and lifecycle marketing strategies.
      Proven track record of successfully planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive business goals.
      Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including email SMS social media search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) display advertising and content marketing.

      Technical Skills:
      Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including email marketing software CRM systems marketing automation platforms web analytics tools and social media management tools.
      Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.
      Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or Tableau.
      Experience with Klaviyo and Postscript a plus.

      Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.

      Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data analyze trends and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decisionmaking.

      Creativity: Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns and content.

      Leadership Abilities: Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive successful digital marketing initiatives.

      Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously ensuring they are executed on time within budget and according to plan.

      Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

      Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales product and data analytics to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

      Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors agencies and technology partners to support digital marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
