I: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
A Jr. NRI RM /sales coordinator would primarily deal with individual NRI & HNI customers
and will be coordinating post sales processes with clients; he will be responsible in resolving
queries and in providing good customer service experience to the assigned clients related to
services offered by the organization. Also he should be open to Travelling Abroad for
Expos/events participation.
#Business Support Service
1. To ensure that business sourced/closed is getting logged in/ processed in timely manner
2. Ensure that clients quires are handled in real time and efficient manner
3. To continuously keep in touch with the client and update him on a real time basis
4. To ensure that good customer services provided which can result in generating more
business and references from the client
5. To ensure all post sales processes are adhered
# Operational Governance
1. Ensure all processes are followed to ensure that there are no operating losses/
Frauds.
2. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
3. Accurate and timely processing of customer instructions
4. Ensure adherence to KYC Norms.
5. Maintain standards to comply with Company Audit.
# Customer Experience Management:
1. Should be responsible for adhering the post sales process end to end.
2. Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
3. Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience.
4. Customer query handling / complaint resolution.
5. Specific initiatives taken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks and customer
complaint.
6. Customer visits as per laid down call frequency.
II: COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
A Sales Coordinator is required to interact with customers for most part of his day and so
good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. Also as job
involves processing/logging the RM sourced business so hence the job also requires
thorough product and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to
clients.
The major skills and competencies required are:
1. Excellent communication Skills
2. Understanding and interest in financial products and markets
3. Should be open to travelling abroad for client meetings and event participation.
4. Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
5. Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
Passport is a must as candidate has to travel to international locations multiple times.
