We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team an innovative IT company specializing in various software and application products. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns optimizing conversion funnels and maximizing ROI.
- Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns (SEM SEO social media display).
- Align marketing strategies with product goals and overall business objectives through crossfunctional collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance offering insights for continuous improvement using analytics tools.
- Conduct costbenefit analyses and adjust campaign strategies based on performance metrics.
- Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates.
- Develop personalized campaigns to reach specific user groups.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with content design and development teams for consistent messaging and branding.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Education/Experience
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (Google Ads Facebook Blueprint etc.) are a plus
