Pareto are currently looking for an Contract Manager to join us on a full time basis and lead a significant and high profile Integrated Facilities Management account.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Day to day leadership of the contract including managing all contract governance (invoicing people management customer satisfaction quality management business continuity environment health & safety etc.) and supply chain management
- Lead all monthly performance meetings
- Prepare and issue monthly performance reports
- Prepare KPI reports of overall performance
- Deliver a robust performance monitoring regime of self delivered and subcontracted works
- Develop continually optimised service delivery models and solutions
- Collaborate with the client to deliver excellent results in terms of ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) targeting
Key Requirements:
- Be suitably qualified HNC status or equivalent with membership of Institute of Workplace
- and Facilities Management (IWFM);
- Have the necessary experience and track record in managing IFM service delivery in media production environment or mixed estates;
- Have a detailed understanding of best practice Health & Safety principles;
- Be an effective problem solver with strong leadership skills have excellent proactive
- organisational project management and PC skills;
- Be flexible and mobile;
- Have good written and oral communication skills; and
- Have a can do attitude and embrace a partnership service delivery ethos
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
