OverviewTo exceed Members expectations by ensuring attentiveness on the gym floor assisting them with correction instruction and advice on exercise execution to ensure their safety and maximize exercise effectiveness. Always ensure clean and fully operational facilities. To initiate new member orientation and associated exercise programs to motivate members to strive to achieve identified health and fitness goals.
- Record and monitor daily safety checks of the gym equipment.
- Ensure potential hazards are dealt with and reported to the operation.
- Keeping the gym clean and tidy making sure all loose equipment is stored safely after use.
- Gym introductions and inductions provided to our members.
- Demonstrates and explains how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively to our members.
- Monitor exercising customers and provide help where needed.
- Engagement with clients ensuring clients have towels and water or anything they need upon arrival.
- Address client complaints and questions promptly and professionally.
- Attending team meetings education and training.
- Attending four classes per week two Yin (Pilates/Yoga) and two Tang (HIT Boxing Bootcamp Cycling)
- Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for selfdevelopment.
- Act always by CORE policies and procedures.
- Appearance and hygiene are important always wear your clean uniform in the facility if you are not training yourself.
- Adhere to operating procedures and regulations of a fitness facility.
Experiences & Qualifications Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor Minimum of 1year experience as an instructor or working in a fitness environment. CPR/First Aid Qualification
