Sharepoint Consultant

Role:

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for incidents related to End User Hardware VDI & OSD task sequences
• Proactively involved in service improvement and problem management
• Be part of project resource involved in design and project implementation.
• Regular Coordination with Service Managers.

Essential requirements:

• Good knowledge of SharePoint on premise.
• Install and administer SharePoint on premise.
• Maintain and update SharePoint on premise.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues.
• SharePoint support and enduser training.
• SharePoint backup and restore.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and apps.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin centres including (but not limited to) service health policies analytics and audit log reports.
• Microsoft 365 retention legal hold and backup and recovery.
• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online OneDrive and Teams.
• Good knowledge of Azure and Power Platform is a plus. Especially Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues including (but not limited to) SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Planner Forms and Viva.
• Microsoft 365 support and enduser training.
• Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Create new guidelines.

• Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or similar.
• At least 5 years experience as SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administrator.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Windows Server and PowerShell.
• Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Good people skills and communication skills.
• Good timemanagement skills.
