Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our leisure facilities ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding leisure experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects through lifecycle from conception to completion
- Lead the planning execution and closing of multiple projects simultaneously including but not limited to facility expansions renovations and new attraction installations
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget resources risk management and communication strategies
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams and external contractors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress identify and address any issues or obstacles and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates gather feedback and facilitate decisionmaking processes
- Manage project budgets track expenses and report on financial performance to stakeholders
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations safety standards and industry best practices
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management roles (candidateswith experience in the leisure or engineering industries highly preferable)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects from initiation to completion delivering results on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
