Its our way of opening doors for those who are eager to dive into the mortgage industry but might not know where to start.

About the role

This is a 12month rotational programme with our specialist mortgage teams in our Scottish office. You will get the amazing opportunity to spend time with our Operations Sales and Underwriting teams. You will gain experience across our core property finance products buytolet mortgages residential mortgages and bridging finance.

You will work through the mortgage lifecycle throughout your rotations. Some of your responsibilities will be frontline support for our brokers helping with enquiries on the phone email and webchat liaising with solicitors and carrying out searches. You will be exposed to viewing specialist reports and making commercial riskbased lending decisions.

You will gain a Level 3 qualification as a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance with the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) with dedicated time to study towards this. You will also receive a fully structured training plan throughout the programme.

To be successful with your application you MUST be available on either 22nd or 23rd May 2024 to attend an Assessment Centre at our Glasgow office (9 George Square Glasgow G2 1DY).

The potential start date for the programme will be 1st July 2024.
