The Role:
Our dynamic sales team is in search of an enthusiastic Telesales Advisor who is ready to take their sales career to the next level. As a Telesales Advisor you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients over the phone and introducing them to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to introduce our offerings and identify their needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to spark interest and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to establish a solid pipeline of opportunities.
- Accurately log all interactions and sales activities into our CRM system for future followup and analysis.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: 22000 per annum
- On target earnings (OTE) significantly higher based on performance and sales generated.
- Additional benefits including team incentives social activities and early darts.
Schedule:
- This is a fulltime role
- Between 87 Monday Friday (Early Dart on Friday.
