Job Description

Location: OnSite Las Vegas NV

Salary Range: $80000.00 $100000.00

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or related field.
  • Must have experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Must be fluent with experience developing implementing and maintaining QMS ISO & CQM.
  • Card Industry Experience is highly preferred.

About the Role

As the Quality Manager your primary responsibility is to uphold the continual enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain accreditation in Compliance Quality Management (CQM). This role involves overseeing quality inspections on both products and materials to ensure adherence to specified standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train personnel for the quality assurance team.
  • Supervise inspections of incoming materials and finished products aligning with established customer and product specifications.
  • Manage the daily workflow and schedules within the department.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations for team members.
  • Develop implement and oversee processes to ensure compliance with ISO/CQM requirements guaranteeing product quality functionality and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Safeguard the integrity of the QMS during planned changes and implementations.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters effectively to the QA team product development unit and other relevant staff.
  • Coordinate product lab testing processes and review feedback from clients customers and users.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the QMS such as conducting internal audits overseeing equipment calibration managing document control addressing complaints and responding to compliance requests from customers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to provide examples of using statistical analysis and SPC.
  • Must have experience managing teams across a 24/7 operation.
  • Must have exceptional leadership & communication capabilities.
  • Print Press Experience is highly preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma –Green/Black Belt is preferred.
  • Must be “Handson”.
  • Must have exceptional leadership & communication capabilities
  • Thorough understanding of ISO/CQM requirements and standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills demonstrating an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
