A global dental manufacturer and supplier of professional infection prevention and control products (oral health disinfection sterilization and hygiene) is hiring a consultative Territory Account Manager.
This is a fieldbased sales role with elements of clinical education but the TAM is primarily responsible for driving sales in existing accounts and through new business development.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish develop and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers through inperson visits telephone calls and educational seminars.
- Conduct IPAC assessments when requested.
- Analyze and identify growth opportunities.
- Update the CRM with accurate customer information.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Attend and sell at industryrelated events and trade shows.
Requirements
WHAT YOU OFFER
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- College/University degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of or experience in the dental pharmaceutical or medical device industries is preferred but not required.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Must be bilingual (English and French).
- Highly selfmotivated competitive and resultsdriven.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required to interact with your customer base.
- The work environment can be fastpaced and distracting so you will need excellent organizational and time management skills to be successful.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience using a CRM.
- A clear bias for action and a sense of urgency to operate within an entrepreneuriallyminded organization.
OTHER
- You must be willing and have the ability to travel. Some overnight travel will be required.
- Reside in the Greater Montreal area.
- A valid drivers license and access to an insured vehicle.
