Tasks

• Conducting basic and special investigations in accordance with the Due Diligence Act (DDA) in the context of money laundering prevention
• Independently managing and evaluating potential suspicious activities along with creating required analyses and documents.
• Handling the reporting and information system visvis relevant authorities such as the Financial Market Authority (FMA) the Princely Court the Financial Intelligence Unit (SFIU) etc.
• Indepth knowledge in the areas of law in particular criminal law market abuse law and tax law
• Coordination and communication with various internal departments including client advisors and management.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluent in German
• Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification
• Min. 1years of PQE as Review Specialist in the financial sector
