Job Description

Overview:

The International BPO (UK & US Process) position is a vital role within our organization responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our international clients. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers questions and concerns
  • Promote and upsell products or services to customers
  • Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Stay current with product knowledge and be able to articulate features and benefits to customers
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in training new team members as needed
  • Adapt to different UK and US time zones as per business requirements
  • Handle any other adhoc tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts as per UK and US time zones
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Good understanding of UK and US culture and business practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive and customerfocused attitude
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Legal authorization to work in the UK and/or US as required
