Responsibilities
- Make Calls to connect with leads in real time
- Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in realtime
- Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs
- Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat.
- Build Highquality relationships with Prospects Customers and teams.
- Maintain CRM database
- Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM
- Work with team to reach goals
- Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed
- Provide correct recommendations and information to the leads and customers
- Participation in Team building activities and HR events
- Lead Management
- Lead Mining
- Achieve Target
- Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered
Education/Experience
Requirements
- Minimum High School completed
- Graduate preferred
- 1 Sales & Customer Service Experience
- Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
- Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques
- Selfcontrol and Selfmotivated
- Empathy Adaptability Attentiveness Patience & Ability to use Positive language
- Effective Listening & Time management skills
- Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don t have an answer or when
- you are wrong Ability to receive feedback
