Job Description

Overview:

As a Project Manager at 30795 you will play a pivotal role in planning executing and finalizing projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct crossfunctional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope time and cost
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within the scope and within budget
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Proven working experience as a project manager
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Experience managing projects in a technical environment
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
