Job Description

Sales Manager

Overview

The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the sales team developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. They play a crucial part in building and managing client relationships meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve targets and performance goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings trainings and performance evaluations
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of sales administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes tools and techniques

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 5 years experience including 2 years in a management role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive sales environment
  • Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and market trends
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required
