Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of Post-Award Contract Management Strategies and Scenarios for overall NFXP Onshore delivery management.
- Support NFXP Onshore Project Management in the evaluation and planning related to claims avoidance and commercial management and prepare material required for stakeholders, including in-depth assessments and actionable analysis.
- Conduct Delay Analyses to support Company positioning and development of response strategies to potential or active claims, and develop Contract Entitlement Assessments, laising with Legal and Supply to ensure alignment on assessment outcome.
- Develop Position Papers to drive alignment across stakeholders and provide a unified approach to common claims across EPCs enabling fair treatment and avoiding precedent setting.
- Provide central support to the Project Management Team's Commercial activities and coordinate input with Supply, Legal and other Major Project Groups / PMT functions, as required.
- Maintain and enhance upon the Claims Avoidance and Management procedure. Ensure updates capture best practices that enhance the Claims Avoidance and Management Program.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
