Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Facilitate IT setup for new hires ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplies and equipment.
- Conduct monthly building inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage reception desk responsibilities including greeting clients.
- Coordinate internal meetings events and special occasions.
- Maintain effective communication with key departments.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage reception desk responsibilities.
Customer Service Support:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously via various channels.
- Address and resolve customer complaints ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide product information and support to enhance customer experience.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services for accurate responses.
What We Look For In You:
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience.
