Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AIbased operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

Tasks

• Brand Management: Develop and implement a strong brand strategy to consolidate and develop our brand in the renewable energy market.
• Communication: Plan and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our companys message and engage our target audiences.
• Social Media: Build and maintain our social media presence to increase reach and strengthen our brand online.
• Performance Marketing: Develop datadriven marketing strategies to support sales increase conversion rates and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to target marketing initiatives like events and fairs to meet our customers needs and increase sales success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing preferably in a managerial position.
• Sound knowledge of branding communications social media and performance marketing.
• Proven track record in developing marketing strategies to support sales and identify new sales opportunities.
• Creativity innovative spirit and the ability to identify trends and integrate them into the marketing strategy.
• Analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• You are passionate about renewable energy.
• You are excellent in German (native speaker) and in written and spoken English.
• You have an open personality and positive charisma.
