Objectives of this role
As an integral member of our organization the executive assistant will assist our leadership in daily tasks offer strategic support on crossfunctional projects manage administrative functions implement strategic initiatives and manage executive email correspondence. This position requires a dynamic dependable detailoriented individual with exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities (but not restricted to)
Support the MD primarily and provide additional support to executive team members as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Prepare reports presentations and summaries as required.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO including agendas email phone calls client management etc.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information to team members and staff.
- Manage arrangements of travel accommodation Food and other required co ordination.
- Provide administrative and office support such as typing dictation spreadsheet creation and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events both internal and offsite
- Be prepared to handle daily unforeseen tasks and challenges.
Required skills and qualifications
- 25 years of postqualification work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
