What you will do:
Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of revenue targets. Lead the sales team in identifying nurturing and closing deals with advertisers agencies and direct clients.
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets while enhancing presence in existing markets. Leverage industry trends competitive insights and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and offerings.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored DSP solutions that meet their goals and budget.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the product marketing and account management teams to ensure cohesive efforts in product development marketing campaigns and client support.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress and challenges.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence. Encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the digital advertising industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Indepth knowledge of DSPs programmatic advertising and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving sales excellence.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
