Job Description

Organize plan and supervise office activities including events.

Explore funding and partnership opportunities.

Manage back end of website (including content creation working with the website manager)

Generating content ideas and feeding to our social media managers.

Thinking about social media campaigns to generate income.

Writing a Monthly newsletter

Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed

Developing strong relationships with and supervising crossfunctional teams and departments

Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space when necessary.

Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate company goals.

Manage schedules and deadlines

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

Oversee facilities services maintenance activities and trades persons.

Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Utilize effective communication and maintain positive leadership skills.

Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments



Requirements

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as administration manager

Proven experience in event planning and organizing including sourcing for funds and partnership

Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

Proficient in MS Office

An analytical mind with problemsolving skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

A team player with leadership skills

BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
