The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards required by customers and the company. This includes overseeing quality control processes implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager will also manage a team of quality control inspectors and work closely with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes.
Requirements
Experience in plastic injection processes and electronics painting etc.
Experience in the automotive industry with clients like GM (mandatory) Stellantis FORD BMW Tesla and Rivian desirable etc.
Experience managing teams of 2030 people
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to communicate and negotiate in English
Creation and management of highperformance teams
Knowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing (proven and applied)
Active leadership
Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
