Key Responsibilities

RPA Development

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards such as the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC) IT security policies best practices procedures and guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in RPA tools and associated technologies.
• Design develop and implement software bots using RPA technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions effectively communicating and understanding business processes to drive value.
• Acquire familiarity with existing systems or quickly learn to become proficient.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure proper functionality.
• Stay informed about emerging RPA technologies and advancements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Contribute to the establishment of RPA best practices and standards within the organization.

Good to have experience

• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Prior exposure to regulatory industries preferred.
• Mandatory UiPath Developer Accreditation.

• Strong understanding of UiPath REFramework architecture.
• Proficiency in other programming languages such as .NET C#.
• Competency in SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Experience in maintaining and developing RPA Bots.
• Preference for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) experiences.
• Possess problemsolving organizational analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving critical and complex incidents.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and diverse populations.
• Proficiency in ITIL Concepts including Incident Problem Change and Release Management and Knowledge Management.
• Capability to manage competing priorities within a fastpaced environment.

Education

• Bachelors /masters degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Excellent proficiency in RPA UiPath as a developer.
• Successfully developed and launched 10 RPA solutions in an enterprisescale production environment.
