..Please do not accept with a different dates with out 1st calling Marlene in HR 808.855.0087 This is ICU positionThis postion must be open to work any shits no exeptions 80 HRS every 2 weeks also no execptions ICU/CCU RN to coordinate provide care and meet the individualized age appropriate needs of the pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patient population in the ICU/CCU. The ICU/CCU provides services for surgical patients or patients with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions requiring the specialized services of the ICU/CCU. 4 bed / 4 rooms Patient Ratio 1:2 depending on acuity .if 2 patients and one on the vent a second nurse will be called in.After hour PACU recoveryEmergency room experience recommended.Hospital orientation through HR and inservice then Unit orientation with nurse manager 12 day shift then 12 night shifts with staff RN .orientation / competency binder to be completed.float to OB MS PACU and ER to assist according to the individuals competency level**Please note: this assignment will work 80 hours every 2 weeks; no exceptions**
