Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive for our client MyAnatomy

Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients in B2B and universities. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking referrals and attending industry events.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. This includes conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations negotiating contract terms with clients and handling the business account after closure.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Additionally you need to do client visits to maintain the client relationship as well as get references of new clients if possible.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales Mode targets and revenue goals set by the company. Develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences. Use this information to finetune sales strategies and improve the companys competitive position in the market.
Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing customer support and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any clientrelated issues.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management outlining sales performance pipeline status and other key metrics.
Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the sales manager to develop sales forecasts and contribute to overall sales planning and budgeting processes.
Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining postsales relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ad hoc roles and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

The candidate should also possess the following skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a focus on persuasive selling techniques.
Outstanding presentation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads manage accounts and analyze sales data.
Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Additional points: Strategic thinking resilience in facing challenges ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment and a passion for driving business success
