Overview:
The Inside Sales position is crucial to our organization as it directly contributes to driving revenue and expanding our customer base. The role involves engaging with potential customers understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our products or services. Inside Sales representatives play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via Cold callings
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our products/services can meet their needs.
- Nurture leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales training and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales telemarketing or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
