Job Description

Our client is a leading hospitality group looking to hire a Finance Manager who will play a crucial role in our clients organization by overseeing financial activities providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring prudent financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing financial strategies and plans for the company.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring proper allocation of funds.
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
  • Implementing and managing financial controls and risk management processes.
  • Supervising a team of financial professionals and providing leadership and guidance.
  • Preparing forecasts and financial projections.
  • Assessing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participating in financial audits and managing relationships with auditors.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supporting strategic planning and decisionmaking through financial expertise.
  • Driving cost optimization initiatives and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.

You Must have
  • Chartered Accountant MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to drive change and innovation.
