TFS HealthSciences is a global contract research organization (CRO) headquartered in Sweden collaborating with biotech and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. We are excited to expand the Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) function and the role of TA Researcher will be crucial for our team and the companys continued success.

This role will specifically focus on the midEuropean market with our largest markets being Poland the Netherlands and the UK. You will be part of a global TA team responsible for identifying attracting engaging and presenting candidates to TFS both proactively and reactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels and tools to proactively search for potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of relationships within the industry to attract top talent.
• Conduct screening and assessment of candidates skills and experience.
• Develop and manage a search strategy to find the best possible candidates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment process to employment.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify talent within the industry.
• Act as a brand ambassador for TFS HealthSciences finding new and innovative ways to attract candidates to our roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong ability to assess and analyze candidates skills and potential.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferably within Life Sciences or the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in an additional language such as Polish Dutch or German is highly advantageous.
• An academic degree in a relevant field in HR Business or Science

This position will involve independent work requiring attention to detail responsibility and the ability to plan tasks.
