Head of Product - Fashion mfd

Your mission

As the Head of Product at momox you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our second hand fashion ecommerce business. You will lead a team of four people and be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy ensuring that our online platforms for buying and selling second hand clothes continues to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing pricing and data analytics to drive the product development process from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and customer needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire a team of three Product Owners who report directly to you.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a clear product roadmap and ensure that products are developed on time and within budget..
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and data analytics teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.
• DataDriven DecisionMaking: Use data and analytics to drive product decisions including A/B testing user research and performance metrics analysis.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality in product development and testing meeting industry standards and best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with company leadership updating them on product development progress challenges and successes.

Your profile

• You have 5 years of experience in ecommerce online marketplaces or classifieds
• You have proven experience in a senior product management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Exceptional strategic thinking analytical and longterm planning skills
• You can translate analytics research and market analysis into product requirements to develop customercentric solutions
• You have experience creating product strategy from scratch and use OKR s framework to drive implementation with 4 teams
• Datadriven mindset and a strong understanding of product analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in product management tools and platforms
• Passion for fashion and ecommerce
