Tasks
Your mission:
- Collaborate closely with Management Board
- Support communication with Board of Directors and shareholders
- Organise and manage meetings and appointments
- Plan and organise business trips and events
- Prepare various correspondence presentations and minutes
- Handle management correspondence and email
- Responsilbe for filing of legal and CEO related documents
- Support management in followingup various tasks within the team and with our partners
- Ensure the distribution of mail internally
Requirements
Your skills:
- Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee certificate of executive assistant an asset
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
- Dynamic with high level of commitment flexibility adaptability organisational and independence skills
- Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word Excel PowerPoint
- Native speaker of German with very good English knowhow (written and oral)
- Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure outdoor sports young / dynamic)
