Job Description

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Nephrologist for an employed position to enhance its Nephrology services. The successful candidate will provide Nephrology resources for both inpatients and outpatients and will include consults for Critical Care patients in the Hospital and Emergency Room. This is a pivotal role aimed at developing a busy new practice contributing to the hospitals mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Our clients facility is a 229bed hospital located in Enid OK. It stands as a primary healthcare provider for a 10county area serving a population of approximately 200000 people. The hospital is dedicated to delivering highquality patient care and is equipped with modern facilities to support a wide range of healthcare services including Nephrology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Oklahoma.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Nephrology including patient care and consultation
  • Strong commitment to the development of a new practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive Nephrology care to both inpatients and outpatients.
  • Conduct consults for Critical Care patients in the Hospital and Emergency Room.
  • Share call duties with an established independent physician.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Nephrology services.
