• Respond quickly to applicationrelated incidents reported by customers and end users diagnose root causes and implement timely resolution to minimize downtime and service interruptions. Troubleshoot functionality performance integration and data consistency issues
  
• Integrate and enhance the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront user interface using technologies such as Java Spring framework Aunglar REST API Apache Solr Ingress HTML CSS and JavaScript
  
• Analyze bug reports prioritize issues based on severity and impact and implement bug fixes and patches to address identified issues
  
• Use version control systems like Git to manage your codebase and collaborate with team members
  
• Implement changes to the commerce platform according to established change management processes. Changes are thoroughly tested documented and communicated to minimize risk and disruption
  
• Monitor application performance metrics identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities and implement optimizations to improve response time throughput and resource utilization. Optimize database queries caching strategies and code efficiency to improve application performance
  
• Follow standard procedures for appropriately escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
  
• Manage comprehensive documentation of settings processes and procedures for your ecommerce platform. Keep documentation uptodate to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure standards compliance
  
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support team members on how to use the ecommerce platform effectively troubleshoot common issues and adhere to best practices
