Licensed Clinical Social Worker- LCSW- Young Adults- Private Patients

Korzen Health is working with one of the newest leading Wellness Centers in the Gainesville FL Area.

The group providers intensive outpatient treatment for adolescents and young adults struggling with depression anxiety PTSD severe mood swings and other emotional and mental health conditions negatively affecting the individuals relationships school / work performance and other areas of daily functioning.

Program:

Our program provides 915 hours of therapeutic group activities per week as directed by the attendees treatment plan. The treatment plan is developed in close collaboration with the individual program participant and their parent(s)/caregiver(s). Attendees participate a minimum of 3 days and up to 5 days per week depending on the treatment teams recommendation. Individual and Family Therapy may also be provided in addition to group therapy.

Every aspect of treatment is intended to assist attendees in achieving their optimum level of functioning. Treatment modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Family Systems Therapy Educational Group Therapy CoOccurring Diagnosis Therapy Trauma Resolution Therapy and Expressive Therapy.

Scope of Work:

LCSW will help run our IOP program for Young Adults ages 1825 yrs old. . These are private patients so NO Court or Juvenile Justice patients.

Focus is on Anxiety disorder mood disorder/depression. NO PTSD or schizophrenia.

Provider will work MondayFriday 5 Days a week with 3 clinical hours per day Group Setting. ( we do not have over 10 in a group)

Program is 8 weeks and then the patient is moved to outpatient 1:1 Therapy.

Provider will have time in the morning for documentation intake assessments and treatment plan reviews. Maximum 20 cases.

Provider will have interns.

Office is open from 9:30am6pm MondayFriday. No weekends and No Nights. This is a OnSite Position.

Compensation:

Full Time employee with full benefits/PTO. Base Salary with a 10% bonus plan in place.

You will work 2636 hours a week fulltime. Plus dedicated administrative time.

Provider Must have:

Active Florida license as a LCSW or LMHC.
