This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes within the retail sector.
Identify and prioritize target retail accounts for business development efforts.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new retail customers and expand our retail footprint.
Drive sales growth by promoting our products and services to retail partners and customers.
Negotiate pricing contracts and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs such as revenue quotas sales conversion rates and customer acquisition goals.
Cultivate strong partnerships with retail accounts to drive longterm loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams including product development marketing and operations to support the needs of retail partners and optimize the customer experience.
Identify opportunities for geographic expansion and market penetration within the retail sector.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business development sales or account management within the retail industry.
Deep understanding of retail operations trends and consumer behavior.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools.
