In partnership with David Kennedy Recruitment we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Germanspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a project that mobility and transport financial services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
- Provide 2nd level support for the clients
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of German language
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problemsolving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
