Job Description:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing customer requirements making suggestions for handling them and tracking the implementation.
- Responsible for further market research on unclear requirements including information gathering customer interviews and feedback on product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Languages: Speak fluently German and English
- Responsible for formulating project technical and competitive strategies overall
- preparation of bid materials and clarification during the bidding process. Oversee bid
- progress and handle business negotiations.
- Responsible for collecting demand information comparing demand planning with sales
- forecasts reporting sales forecasts.
- Sales Support and Customer Relationship Management
- Responsible for writing sales project proposals and providing product sales trainingto account managers.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing customer relationships in technical lines.
- Responsible for technical discussions and negotiations with customers.
- Responsible for promoting and marketing activities recommending product features to customers and facilitating their acceptance.
- Market and Product Marketing Strategy
- Responsible for researching and analyzing customers as well as competitors products and marketing strategies
