Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor

In partnership withDavid Kennedy Recruitment we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Dutchspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support pharmacy clients.

Location: Work from home remotely from anywhere in Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (emails and outbound calls)
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and C1 English both oral and written
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Stable internet connection
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
