With over 15 years of operational excellence their team is growing and were looking for an experienced and visionary Finance Leader to help steer their financial strategies towards even greater successes.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic Finance Leader with a proven track record of financial management and an innovative mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing financial strategies budget management and providing insights to drive business growth. This leadership role involves working closely with senior management to shape the financial future of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives.
• Manage corporate budgeting forecasting processes and financial risk.
• Lead financial reporting analysis and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Foster relationships with investors banks and other financial institutions.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
• Guide and mentor the finance team promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 10 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience in strategic planning corporate finance and managing investor relations.
• Adaptability and comfort in a fastpaced changing business environment.
