Tasks

Technical and functional support

Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the application

Updating knowledge bases linked to the application (operating modes specifications instructions test assets)

Production activity and quality reports

Requirements

MustHave Skills

Proficiency in PowerShell & SQL

Experience with XML JSON & VBA

Experience in Management of Incidents & Developments

JIRA experience

French: B1 Level

English: B1 Level

Customer relationship and request management

NicetoHave Skills

Experience IGA (Identity Governance and Administration)

Experience with C#

Knowledge of Active Directory & IIS
