Managing the day to day running of a busy household waste recycling centre, to ensure that it operates safely, remains compliant to regulations and meets set contract targets.

- Ensure that the HWRC site is man******d in a safe and effective manner, and that the contract requirements are met.
- Assist site users in the disposal and segregation of waste and recyclable material.
- Delegate tasks to team members and ensure work is undertaken to the required standard.
- Proactively address complaints from site users and resolve if possible.
- Communicate all instructions and cooperate ******dback to relevant employees.
- Lead a team to provide a positive customer experience by educating customers in correct segregation of materials.
