Requirements
You will play a crucial role in INCREFF s growth journey by playing a lead role in the team responsible for providing Custom integrations Customization of the core modules and Onboarding of the Customers on the Increff platform
*Responsible for collaborating closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions.
*Responsible for managing and mentoring team members reporting directly to senior management.
*Responsible for architecting robust solutions in collaboration with the development team.
*Responsible for developing custom integrations with big fashion and lifestyle brands.
*Responsible for engaging regularly with customers technical teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
*Responsible for creating public API documentation for developed solutions.
*Responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the ecommerce and fashion industry by solving complex problems through cuttingedge applications.
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
*Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in Java programming and objectoriented design principles.
*Good People Skills and Some people management background
*Proficiency in Spring Framework Hibernate SQL and RESTful web services.
*Strong problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Processoriented mindset with a focus on quality efficiency and organization.
*Experience or familiarity with the ecommerce domain is preferred.
