Primos is looking for an Area Manager to support the on-property teams at our three restaurants spread across Greater Jackson.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in multi-unit management along with a Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality, Business or other related experience. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurants including ensuring that our guests receive outstanding customer service; quality products are produced and stores are successfully driving sales and profits. This position will also oversee the catering for all restaurants. Each store s General Manager will report to the Area Manager.
As the Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all restaurants have the necessary tools to be successful including staffing, product and supplies; ensure that managers and team members have the necessary information to be successful; forecast upcoming sales and labor needs and work with the Director of Operations to ensure that any shortcomings are corrected quickly and within company standards
