Head Chef Thai Candidate

You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including but not limited to:

• Ensuring high quality & consistency of food items while keeping to the minimum turnaround time.
• Overseeing the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests and ensure that all food and labor cost goals are met.
• Conducting regular department meetings and reviewing daily & monthly reports to provide reliable data to the management.
• Implementing and upkeep hygiene & safety standards.
• Leading and handling the overall operation of the kitchen and team.
• Working on financial budgets (e.g. food costing kitchen accounting P&L reports).
• Working with management to develop and maintain updates on the menu and the marketing plan
• Achieving kitchen business goals.
• Leading each team members performance.
• Providing training mentorship and development of all kitchen team member

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
• With 3 years of experience as a Head Chef.
• Ability to oversee and manage kitchen operations.
• Ability to remain productive when pulled in many different directions.
• Ability to track expenses and manage a budget.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively .
