Working Days & Hours:
5 days Work in Office: Monday to Friday (Time 9am 6pm)
Half day Work from Home: Saturday (Time 9am1pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle basic accounting
Handle AR AP and bank reconciliation
Issuing Invoice
Maintaining proper documentation & filing system
Performing basic office tasks such as filing data entry answering phones etc.
Ad hoc duties assign by superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Good command written and speaking English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to deal with locals or foreign clients from China
Must have 12 years of relevant working experience
Must have knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc) and other relevant software will be added advantage.
Must be responsible and detailedoriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively
Must be a strong team player with good working attitude disciplined punctual and behavior.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment with minimum supervision.
Undertake any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
