Senior Fashion Designer

• Lead the design team in conceptualizing and creating fashion collections that resonate with our target audience
• Research and analyze fashion trends consumer behavior and market demands to inform the design process
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including merchandising marketing and production to ensure a cohesive brand image
• Oversee the entire design process from sketching and prototyping to production and final product
• Develop and present design concepts sketches and prototypes to internal stakeholders
• Ensure that designs adhere to quality standards technical specifications and fit criteria
• Participate in fittings and provide guidance on garment construction and design details
• Stay updated with industry advancements in materials techniques and technologies
• Manage and mentor junior designers providing guidance and fostering creativity
• Contribute to the development of seasonal design strategies and product assortment plans
• Attend trade shows fashion events and exhibitions to gain inspiration and insights
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and components
• Participate in the development of marketing and branding materials to support new collections
• Ensure compliance with deadlines budgets and company objectives
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer in a senior or lead role
• Demonstrated success in creating commercially successful fashion collections
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and CAD programs
• Strong understanding of garment construction patternmaking and textiles
• Excellent knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible design concepts and products
• Portfolio showcasing original design work and creative vision
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of design
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Familiarity with production processes and sourcing practices within the fashion industry
• Flexibility to travel for industry events vendor meetings and trend research
