Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales.
- Explain product features advantages and benefits to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling to prospect for new customers.
- Handle customer questions inquiries and objections professionally to close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree is a plus.
