Job Title : Programmer/Developer

Location : Hybrid Hartford CT

Duration : 1.5 Months

The Connecticut Bureau Of Information Technology Services under the Department of Administrative Services (DASBITS) is looking for Salesforce Developers. The developers will be assigned to support handson development efforts on projects for the Department of Social Services. This position will report to the APPS/DEV team.

Candidates must be Green Card Holders US Citizens or H1B holders. Salesforce certifications are required.

* Our consultants are coming in twice a week to the office. CT candidates are preferable.

  • Develop Medium to Complex SF solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided.
  • Create technical plans and strategies with other IT team members developing solutions to address any agencywide issues and making business processes more efficient.
  • Conduct workshops/training for other team members in the IT Team to gain a detailed understanding of the Salesforce Solution business requirements and Salesforce Platform Capabilities.
  • Responsible for developing Apex LWC and other technologies to build native/custom solutions.
  • Support maintenance and operations of existing applications built in Salesforce.
  • Develop new applications or Customize applications from App Exchange.
  • Produce business and technical documentation for the projects.
  • Conduct thorough knowledge transfer & training to State.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong Lightning web component development experience
  • Rich front end UI/UX developer (must possess strong html5/css experience)
  • Strong Java Script/JQuery experience
  • Strong writing skills in Apex classes and triggers.
  • Strong visualforce page development experience
  • Experience working in Enterprise level applications
  • Experience in Agile development methodology
  • Preferred experience and knowledge in ETL/integration tools
  • Experience in MuleSoft integration
  • Experience with DB2 SQL Server
  • Experience in Salesforce Community development
  • Experience in constituent esigning solutions is a plus
