This role is pivotal focusing on ensuring topnotch quality across purchased materials inprocess items and finished products through rigorous testing and visual inspections. Youd be the gatekeeper of our clients quality standards making sure everything from the physical attributes to the color consistency passes the bar.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Working closely with the production team inspecting and sampling products at various stages.
  
• Keeping an eye on standards identifying discrepancies and raising the flag when things dont match up.
  
• Diving into details with tools like spectrophotometers to ensure color perfection.
  
• Leading the quality charge from signing off first article samples to inspecting endofroll samples ensuring everything is up to snuff.
  
• Keeping everything organized from customer samples to color standards and making sure nonconforming products are rightly quarantined.
  
• Playing a key role in continuous improvement from auditing processes to updating corrective action databases and diving into the root cause of any issues.
  

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

• A high school diploma or GED paired with at least five years of quality control experience in manufacturing.
  
• An eagle eye for detail especially when it comes to visual inspections and physical testing.
  
• The ability to stand your ground literally and metaphorically in a manufacturing setting for extended periods.
  
• The strength to move up to 50 lbs and the agility for moderate to frequent walking lifting and reaching.
  
• A commitment to safety always ready to don the necessary personal protective gear.
  
• The flexibility to adapt to varying schedules embracing overtime when the team needs you most.
