Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative for our client youll be:

• Engaging with new and existing customers initiating outbound calls to uncover sales opportunities and cultivating strong customer relationships.
  
• Collaborating closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and highquality service experience for all customers.
  
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable and competitive service.
  
• Utilizing Label Traxx ERP software for efficient customer interaction tracking and order management.
  
• Embarking on occasional territory travel to enhance customer engagement and sales potential.
  

Were Excited About You Because:

• Youve earned a high school diploma/GED; if you bring additional sales training or experience even better.
  
• Youre adept in Microsoft Office and have familiarity with ERP systems preferably Label Traxx.
  
• Your communication game is strong with excellent verbal written and organizational skills.
  
• You have a background in outbound call centers or sales showcasing stellar customer service and cold calling talents.
  
• Targets motivate you not intimidate you thanks to your acute listening and sales prowess.
